Five years in London's Smithfield Market exporting meat & foodstuffs to the Middle East, Caribbean & Africa. Founding and growing a Duty free export food business supplying Caterers and Retailers Internationally for 25 years, to an annual turnover of £25 million. Four years assisting Food producers to improve their systems, challenge & resolve problems and grow their sales.

My Closing Statement
There's always more to learn
Now this will be the hardest thing to acknowledge, I've been there myself and learnt the following lessons. Many leaders believe that they have pursued all the options to problems, or they refuse to admit that there are always other ways to resolve issues - pride can be extremely damaging. Leaders often convince themselves that they didn't have time, but they simply prioritise the more favourable tasks. Pride & stubbornness and 'I know best' are continuing to strangle the survival and development of businesses. My job is to enable my clients to confront and challenge their fears, unlock their vision & overcome those avoided obstacles. The leaders' characters dictate the company's performance, so character analysis is hard to face, but necessary. What relief & calm it brings to solve those terrifying obstacles & how one can start to enjoy work again.
